Prepare for Asbestos Removal

Obtain work instructions and participate in review of asbestos removal control plan (ARCP) and safe work method statements (SWMS).
Gather safety requirements and data from an on-site assessment and asbestos register where available.
Use information sources to ensure the ARCP and SWMS are site-specific for the removal of asbestos materials.
Select tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) consistent with job requirements to carry out tasks, check for serviceability, and rectify or report faults prior to commencement.
Notify regulator, occupants, neighbours, and other affected parties according to legislation and within limits of own responsibility and code of practice.

Prepare Asbestos Removal Site
