This induction does not cover your engagement conditions, that will be discussed and agreed separately however be aware of the following.

Performance Review

Performance reviews focus on:

• Individual Performance.
• Skills and knowledge. and
• Level of decision-making.

Your performance is reviewed 12 monthly. The reviews are designed to provide feedback on your strengths, weaknesses and any development needs identified by us that will assist you to further your career and will be the basis for on-going negotiations for your remuneration.

Reimbursement of Expenses

We will reimburse workers for pre-approved expenses properly incurred by workers in the proper performance of their duties.
Reimbursement will be subject to workers providing us with receipts or other evidence of payment and of the purpose of each expense, in a form reasonably required by us provided that all claims are made on a timely basis, signed by the appropriate Supervisor, and supported with the necessary substantiating documentation.
